"That's such an accomplishment for me," Ramos said. The beauty for Ramos is having the means to bring his parents here as a U.S. citizen, instead of having to wait till December to visit them in Cuba."
"I've been practicing since January for that," Ramos said about studying for the citizenship exam. He went 10-for-10 on the test after preparing extensively.
"It's going to be day-to-day," interim manager Grady Sizemore said regarding Ramos's playing time. "I'm going to look for good matchups. He helps us out a lot."
"I'm just going to do the best I can. I don't have that on my mind. I don't have to show nothing to nobody. I know who I am and I know what I'm capable of doing." Ramos expressed his confidence ahead of his second stint.
