Investigators from the Middlesex District Attorney's Office are looking for a black Toyota Camry that may have been driving erratically before the collision. A passenger in another vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries, while all other participants remained on the scene. The highway was closed temporarily for investigation, prompting authorities to request witness information.
