"Police identified the subject as Andrey Pavlov, 44. He was arrested Friday in Watertown and charged with open and gross lewdness, according to police."
Andrey Pavlov, 44, has been charged with open and gross lewdness after allegedly exposing himself in two businesses on Main Street in Stoneham. Police responded to a report on March 22 regarding the incidents. An investigation confirmed that Pavlov had exposed himself at two different locations on the same day. He was arrested in Watertown and subsequently arraigned in Woburn District Court, where he pleaded not guilty. The Stoneham Police Chief praised the detectives for their efforts in apprehending the suspect.
