Audubon Center reopening in Prospect Park

The Prospect Park Audubon Center is reopening for the warm season this weekend, debuting a range of free events aimed at young naturalists and their families. On Saturday, April 5, activities from 10 a.m. include the Bird Nerd game hour, which features games like bingo and card games. Following that, there will be an engaging Animal Encounter session from 11 a.m. to noon. The day will conclude with a bird walk focused on identifying the park's diverse warbler species. Additionally, an intro to birdwatching tour, organized by the Prospect Park Alliance and Brooklyn Bird Club, will run from 10 a.m. to noon.
