A 27-year-old man, identified as Jose Galloway, was fatally shot in Brooklyn before dawn, found with multiple gunshot wounds but could not be saved despite medical efforts.
The shooting took place in Flatbush, at a shopping center near the Tilden Ave. intersection, leaving authorities investigating the incident with no arrests as of yet.
