Shanelle Gabriel will host the grand finale of BILLIE & BEYOND, a series honoring Billie Holiday, at The Billie Holiday Theatre on April 4. This event highlights Grammy-nominated Mali Wilson, who blends various music genres, and celebrates female artists. The series, launched in fall 2024, features emerging female talents and will include performances from jazz singer Candice Hoyes. The finale coincides with Holiday's birthday, offering a pre-reception and a nighttime showcase of original compositions and Holiday tributes by Wilson.
