"A 26-year-old Vallejo man was deliberately trying to hurt and kill people when he allegedly slammed a stolen BMW into two pedestrians and a cyclist, and then tried to carjack two other vehicles near UC Berkeley's Clark Kerr Campus Tuesday morning, according to police. Shortly before 8 a.m. Ivan Salvador Ochoa Munguia hit a 30-year-old dogwalker and a 46-year-old jogger on Belrose Avenue, as well as a 78-year-old cyclist nearby on Derby Street, police said. All three victims were hospitalized in stable condition Tuesday evening."
"Witnesses told KTVU they saw someone drive straight into a man walking his German shepherd dog, dragging the man for at least a city block, then turn back the other way and hit a car and the cyclist. After that, the BMW hit the jogger so hard she was sent flying over its roof, hitting her head on the sidewalk, according to KTVU."
