Four men were arrested early Wednesday in El Cerrito after police discovered a car loaded with plastic skeletons, inflatable devices and other Halloween decorations suspected to have been taken from nearby homes. Police booked all four into the Martinez Detention Facility on suspicion of grand theft. An officer located the car near the 700 block of Colusa Avenue after being called at about 3:50 a.m. One suspect remained in the car while three others attempted to flee. Lt. Aaron Leone said they were not kids and should have known better. Residents with missing decorations are asked to contact police at 510-237-3233.
