In a statement, Richmond police said they made the arrests last Wednesday after a department SWAT team served a search warrant at an undisclosed location in North Richmond."
"Two adults and one person under 18 were arrested on suspicion of felony battery for their actions in an initial fight between kids and adults that led to the gunfire, Lt. Donald Patchin said via email. Police have not identified the person who fired the shot."

The gunfire happened on Dec. 15 about 12:05 p.m. during a fight in the 800 block of Chanslor Avenue near Sylvester Greenwood Academy. Police said at least one shot was fired. The gunfire didn't injury anybody, but it damaged a building at the school."
