Four people have been arrested, and police said they were seeking felony battery charges against three of them for their roles in an altercation that led to gunfire near a school last week. In a statement, Richmond police said they made the arrests last Wednesday after a department SWAT team served a search warrant at an undisclosed location in North Richmond.
One of the challenges you have in a case like this is that you are dealing with individuals who are receiving medical care and that's, obviously, the most important thing, that individuals are treated appropriately, Mears said.
