It's definitely not moving': another bear makes evacuated LA home its own
Briefly

Following the destructive Eaton fire in Southern California, two large black bears have moved into homes that were evacuated. After discovering a bear under his house, homeowner Samy Arbid and Pasadena resident Sean Lorenzini are dealing with unexpected wildlife encounters. Fish and Wildlife officials managed to trap and relocate one bear, while they are currently assessing the situation of the other. They advise homeowners to seal off entry points and contact wildlife professionals to manage bear encounters, which have increased in urban areas post-fire.
When a bear is in a crawlspace, fish and wildlife officials recommend that homeowners contact the department so that a wildlife professional can evaluate.
The bear seems at ease, raiding the neighbors' trash can for food, soaking up the California sun by his pool and terrorizing the neighbor's pet goat.
