Met Eireann forecasts cloudy Sunday before warmer and drier week with sunshine

This morning will be mostly cloudy in Munster and Leinster, bringing outbreaks of rain and drizzle which will become most persistent in the southern coastal counties. However, the rain will clear to the southeast later this afternoon.
Met Éireann has forecast a sunny week as it will see warm and largely dry weather with bright or sunny spells and temperatures in the high teens to low 20s.
From Tuesday until Friday, Met Éireann has forecast largely dry conditions with bright or sunny spells and highest temperatures of 17 to 21 or 22C. It will be the coolest in the east and the warmest in the midlands and the west.
The next weekend looks set to bring showers with temperatures dropping back to the mid to high teens.
