Person arrested after standoff in Union City neighborhood, police say
Police surrounded a person in an SUV in a Union City neighborhood on Friday afternoon. The incident occurred on E Street between Railroad Avenue and 11th Street. After the person exited the SUV, police fired a projectile, and a police K-9 tackled the person to the ground. Officers then surrounded the person and placed them on a stretcher.
