Deputy District Attorney Ilana Shapiro leads the prosecution, aided by Solano County Sheriff's Detective Joe Elliott. Maria DeLeon, 43, aka Maria Anita Williams, entered no-contest pleas to grand theft of a person and being an accessory, with sentencing reset.
