The most important thing to remember is that work is work. It's not camp or a time to slack off. Your coworkers are not your friends or family.
Too many people don't take ownership of their story throughout their careers and don't realize they can make the necessary changes to achieve their potential or better their situation.
Feedback is an investment in your potential, it's not meant to hurt your feelings. They're giving it to you because they're your boss, and it's their job to tell you if you need to pivot or adjust.
Stop assuming the worst about everyone and their intentions at work. The 'woe is me' attitude is not going to work here.
