Victoria Metzger, 29, an emergency medical technician, was her on way to a call when she spotted the car. She said: 'I was in disbelief when I saw it. I couldn't stay or keep up for long because we were on our way to a call so I didn't report it to police.'
Motorist Maria Claro, 35, saw the same red car as it sped past her vehicle on the left hand-side. Maria, a writer, said: 'I was speechless when I saw the car. After I stopped filming, the vehicle just kept on driving up ahead. I didn't end up reporting it to the police.'
