Skargaarden's 2025 collection draws inspiration from nature, perfect for enhancing outdoor spaces as spring arrives. The new Tira collection, created by Per Waern Jensen, reflects the essence of Sweden's Tira islands, featuring dining chairs and tables designed to emulate elements of the wilderness. Jensen's Tira armchair mimics a bird's nest, while the dining table's aluminum construction ensures durability and low maintenance. Additionally, the Sundal chair honors the tranquility of Norway's Sunndal, enriching the serene atmosphere ideal for outdoor living and entertaining during spring.
The inspiration behind the Tira series is nature itself. My intention was to design furniture that embodies the raw beauty of the wilderness, infusing any space with a natural, untamed energy.
The Tira armchair resembles the protective form of a bird's nest, with sleek legs resembling branches, inviting and symbolic of spring's arrival.
The dining table, made from power-coated aluminum, promises a nearly maintenance-free experience, allowing you to focus on enjoying your guests and garden.
The Sundal chair pays homage to the serene village of Sunndal in Norway, known for its glaciers, valleys, and quiet charm.
