The architects aimed to design a large country house in Istria while preserving the character of local small settlements. The house's 700 m2 space is divided into three smaller volumes to reflect the traditional settlement layout, enhancing outdoor connectivity. Key features include a central pavilion with a kitchen, dining area, and pool, emphasizing outdoor living, while the layout allows for spacious interiors and direct access to gardens. This thoughtful approach ensures a comfortable living space that integrates seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
The design preserves the traditional Istrian village context by dividing the large country house into three smaller volumes to enhance outdoor living experiences.
The main pavilion, positioned at the heart of the house, serves as a communal space where the family can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere and the surrounding garden.
