Located in a gated community in the countryside of Minas Gerais, the 434 m² residence was completed in 2020. Diogo Mendes Goncalves served as lead architect. The design blends rustic and minimalist elements through a refined palette of natural materials. The facade and living area use charred wood treated with the Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique for aesthetic quality and durability. The exterior incorporates natural concrete slats. A cumaru wood slatted ceiling runs through the social area and the couple's bath suite, introducing warmth and sophistication.
