Noirhaus is a brutalist Mediterranean residence characterized by a dark material palette contrasted by vibrant, playful light. The house occupies a compact site adjacent to a lush green belt. The design prioritizes spatial efficiency and careful planning to optimize limited site area. Robust, sculptural forms are balanced with refined gestures to convey both strength and elegance.
