Although reports began to decline by 4 p.m., the company confirmed ongoing issues related to domain name resolution. The Zoom website was also impacted, displaying a 502 Bad gateway error. By 4:16 p.m. E.T., the company noted that they were investigating the problem and working on restoring services for affected users. Despite some functionality being restored, many users were still unable to join meetings due to error messages.
