WhatsApp has been hit with a global outage and thousands of users are reporting issues to DownDetector and a message reads "Unexpected error occurred." A person posted on X, "Hello!! Is anyone in Argentina having problems with WhatsApp Web??? It won't connect on me, it's giving me an error." Another said: "WhatsApp is down for many users in India." Another wrote, "Global problem. Here in Chile it's down too."

Google users throughout the US have been cut off from their private data due to a massive outage affecting server connections. Microsoft Exchange Online is experiencing an outage that mainly affects European users. Users have been experiencing delays in sending and receiving emails since around 12:30 p.m. Central European Summer Time. Several users have reported experiencing problems, although the exact extent of the issue is still unclear. Microsoft acknowledges the problems on a support page in the closed admin center. The company states that "some users located in Europe" may experience problems sending or receiving emails via Exchange Online.

A spokesperson for BT stated, "We're currently addressing an issue impacting our services. We're working urgently to fix this issue and will provide a further update as soon as possible."
