Chef Moves: Lowicki and McMinn Step Up in Hospitality

The Industrialist Hotel appointed Bradley Lowicki as executive chef of The Rebel Room. He brings more than a decade of culinary experience and prior roles at Revel + Roost and Eddie Merlot's. He will oversee kitchen operations including menu development and inventory management, with an emphasis on consistency, quality, and efficient high-volume service. One of his first initiatives is a new summer menu featuring seasonal dishes such as Sweet Potato Hash, Chicken & Waffles, Short Rib Grilled Cheese, Blast Furnace Burger, and Steak Frites. Casey McMinn was promoted to executive chef at The Ava Hotel Paso Robles, Curio Collection, after joining as chef de cuisine and building leadership within the kitchen.
