Ezee Fiber has announced its acquisition of Tachus Fiber Internet, a provider based in The Woodlands, Texas, to enhance its operations in the Houston area. Ezee Fiber noted past expansions totaling $850 million across multiple states, with this acquisition adding to their growth strategy. Ezee Fiber's CEO emphasized the merger’s potential to increase value for both companies and improve fiber internet standards, while also welcoming the Tachus team into their business operations.
Bringing Ezee Fiber and Tachus together unlocks tremendous value for both companies, our customers, and the communities we proudly serve, said Ezee Fiber CEO Matt Marino.
Tachus has established itself as a leader through its exceptional fiber internet product, outstanding customer service, and unmatched reliability.
Together, we’re uniquely positioned to set an even higher standard of excellence in fiber internet. I am thrilled to personally welcome the talented Tachus team into the Ezee Fiber family.
