Jeff Fenster created Everbowl in 2016 after experimenting with acai bowls at home. His desire to make healthy eating more accessible inspired him to launch his first restaurant, despite a significant opening cost. To combat expenses, he established WeBuild, an in-house construction firm that allows for better control over buildout costs. The aim was to provide large portions of healthful food that were affordable and tasted good. Fenster's approach symbolizes a novel solution to challenges in the restaurant industry.
Fenster learned that building restaurants is expensive and that his first location cost more than $300,000 to open, which he didn't find reasonable.
