"Garofalo, a Martinez resident, was shot and killed on Feb. 23, at the 3200 block of Dutch Slough Road in unincorporated Contra Costa. The shooting occurred about a half hour after sundown, authorities said. Authorities haven't disclosed how Dortzbach was identified as a suspect or the suspected motive."
