Saratoga City Council revives economic vitality committee after proposed dissolution

Resident Rafiq Bawa passionately advocated for revitalization: "I'm pretty appalled that our council members and mayor believe that our Village is thriving. It's clearly dead."

Council member Chuck Page aimed to extend the committee's work: "It would be as detailed a plan as we could do for a business-funded expansion of the sidewalk for outdoor dining at Bella Saratoga."
