Brianna Marie Giudice, 36, was sentenced to two years probation and 140 days in jail for recklessly burning a homeless camp, which she had previously resided in.
Judge Geoffrey Howard imposed a 140-day jail term for Giudice's actions, but due to good behavior allowances, she could potentially serve just half of that time.
The July 30 fire at Lee Gerner Park damaged the homeless camp, leading to the relocation of its occupants, though thankfully no one was injured.
Giudice faced initial felony arson charges but opted for a plea deal, resulting in a misdemeanor plea for reckless burning and guilty plea for a firearm charge.
