Community Development Partners has officially received approval for a new 160-unit housing project in East San Jose, designated entirely for low-income residents.
The development will feature a diversity of unit sizes, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, ensuring appropriate accommodations for various family structures.
With 15 units specifically for permanent supportive housing and 25 units for Veterans, this project aims to address the needs of the most vulnerable populations.
Funded by a $4 million award from the California Department of Housing, this project marks a significant step for Community Development Partners in region.
