Mass. budget features expanded free community college plan

Massachusetts governor signed budget including $117 million expansion of free community college to all non-degree holders, part-time students, using revenue from 'millionaires' tax.'

State's MassReconnect program now called MassEducate, will require completion of FAFSA form, aims to support diverse community college students facing challenges across 15 institutions.
