Bilal El Khannouss, a 20-year-old attacking midfielder, joins Leicester City from Genk for around £21m, having recently excelled in Belgium and at international competitions.
El Khannouss stated, "I'm very happy. Leicester City is a big club in England... it's always a dream to play in the Premier League." His enthusiasm reflects the ambition of young talents.
Genk coach Thorsten Fink acknowledged, "With a bit more experience, he might have handled it a bit differently..." indicating the learning curve for young players during transfers.
