This acquisition, supported by major real estate firms like Vasakronan and Castellum, will help Hydda expand its smart property service offerings. Accessy's innovative technology allows property owners to manage access systems in real-time without needing new hardware. The integration aims to create robust customer solutions and enhance Hydda's existing services. Shareholder transitions are expected, fostering future collaboration and growth within Hydda’s expanding portfolio of services, which includes various tech solutions.
