Balancing the roles of a founder and a student, the author pursued an Executive MBA at Trinity College Dublin. With a focus on practical learning through group projects, the program reignited their thirst for knowledge after years of solitary entrepreneurial experience. Unique dynamics emerged in the cohort, dominated by executives rather than founders, altering the learning and networking experience. Despite initial trepidation, the MBA provided the perfect platform for skill enhancement and personal growth, validating the decision to pursue higher education.
