Saoirse Ronan and Colin Farrell each earned accolades in their respective categories, while Rich Peppiatt won Best Director for 'Kneecap.' "We have incredible crews here, and the standard of our work is going from strength to strength, and I just hope that we continue making films that are authentically Irish and what it means to be Irish."

"Sorry Kneecap. You had me outnumbered," he joked.
"There is a real international audience for not just the actors who are doing well at the moment, but all types of filmmakers. It's a really incredibly exciting time at the moment."
