We are working with Sony Pictures on developing a film adaptation of our amazingly popular PlayStation game Helldivers 2.
Helldivers 2 turned out to be a surprise smash-hit when it released in early 2024, managing to sell 12 million copies in just 12 weeks.
The idea of a Helldivers movie excites me, especially if it captures a Starship Troopers vibe, which the sequels failed to do.
I would love the film to follow a series of Helldivers as they get killed off in interesting ways, carrying on the story.
