Chris Milazzo, known for the Bad Cholesterol pizza pop-up, opens Third Time's the Charm in Red Hook. The restaurant replaces the former Grindhaus, which had been operating since 2013 but recently rebranded to OurHaus. In another development, a diner in Williamsburg will be demolished for new construction.
