ARLA is set to open in summer 2026 at 15 East Oak Street in Chicago's Gold Coast, following the success of Adalina Italian and Adalina Prime. The restaurant will feature an 8,500-square-foot layout with skyline views and open-air terraces. Chef/Partner Soo Ahn will blend Mediterranean flavors with Japanese techniques, creating a unique culinary experience. The restaurant group is also launching Hospitality Included, a collective aimed at enhancing hospitality standards across their establishments. The design will feature a modern aesthetic with natural elements, providing a warm atmosphere for diners.
