Their original spot at 144 Evergreen Avenue, on the corner of Jefferson Street, has been a local success for nearly two years. Now, their second location at 43 Underhill Avenue, between Dean Street and Washington Avenue, opened just a few weeks ago."
"For more than 20 years, Hsin Chang Lee ran a beloved dumpling franchise in Taiwan, winning hearts with his "signature pork" creation. Launched in 1993, the franchise grew into a 100-location empire in his native country. (Its name roughly translates to "Overseas Dragon"; Lee has since sold his stake in the business.) "When we opened our doors here in Brooklyn, we brought that same recipe with us, along with his passion for introducing the flavors of Taiwan to a broader audience," the duo wrote on their website."
