
Eatza Pizza was a pizza buffet chain that became popular in the late 1990s and early 2000s. It offered an all-you-can-eat setup with many pizza and pasta choices, fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and housemade Zatos, along with a salad bar. Customers could also choose Sicilian pizza, fill salad bowls, and eat desserts, often while using a games room with arcade-style entertainment. The chain opened in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1997 and grew to nearly 100 restaurants across multiple states. It promised at least 18 pizza options and extensive desserts. Popularity declined quickly after a change in ownership in 2003, and the chain later vanished.
