7-Eleven celebrates its 98th anniversary with Free Slurpee Day, offering small Slurpees from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Customers can enjoy the returning flavor Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl. Selected locations will provide temporary tongue tattoos in various colors when drinking Slurpees. Members of the rewards club can redeem a second free Slurpee with an online voucher valid until July 31. 7-Eleven was founded in 1927, and its name reflects its operating hours introduced in 1946, which have since expanded to 24/7.
To celebrate its 98th anniversary, 7-Eleven will hold Free Slurpee Day from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m., featuring small Slurpees and the popular flavor Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl.
Select 7-Eleven locations will offer temporary tongue tattoos shaped like the Slurpee's signature S when customers sip their drinks, available in blue, green, red, and purple.
Members of the 7-Eleven rewards club can redeem a second free Slurpee through an online voucher, valid until July 31.
7-Eleven was founded in 1927 and adopted its name in 1946 to represent its extended hours of operation, originally from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
