Thousands to attend funeral for slain Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah
Briefly

Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, was assassinated by Israel and his public funeral has been delayed for security reasons. Now set for Sunday at Beirut's Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium, it is expected to draw tens of thousands of attendees from Lebanon and around the world. Hezbollah has constructed additional seating to accommodate mourners following the recent violent backdrop of Israeli attacks. The funeral will signify resistance against Israeli aggression, as expressed by officials who called for unity in the face of adversity.
Hezbollah organisers have installed thousands of extra seats on the pitch and many more outside, where mourners will be able to follow the ceremony on a giant screen.
Ali Daamoush stated that about 800 personalities from 65 countries will be attending the funeral alongside thousands of individuals and activists who came from around the world.
