Tinkatink, a new fairy- and steel-type Pokémon from Paldea, makes its debut in the "Pokémon Horizons: The Series Celebration" event in April 2025. Unlike previous Pokémon, Tinkatink is not available in the wild at launch; instead, trainers can obtain it through hatching 7 km eggs or by purchasing a $5 Timed Research Ticket for guaranteed encounters. This limited availability means Tinkatink's initial sourcing is tricky, but it will transition to 10 km eggs after the event concludes. Evolving Tinkatink into Tinkatuff and Tinkaton requires collecting specific amounts of Candy.
To get evolutions Tinkatuff and Tinkaton in Pokémon Go, you must evolve a Tinkatink with 25 Candy followed by 100 Candy.
Unlike recent new Pokémon such as Gossifleur and Nickit, Tinkatink is not available in the wild on its debut - but there is one paid source that makes acquiring some fairly straightforward.
