Philips smartphones and tablets are coming, specs leak for one of the first
"India's smartphone and tablet market is getting ready to welcome a new player, Philips. Of course, this is a local company (Zenotel) that purchased the rights to the Philips name. It's been teasing a launch for a few weeks now, and today specs for one of the first Philips devices have been leaked. It's called the Philips Pad Air, so we assume it's a tablet. It will have the Unisoc T606 chipset at the helm, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage."
"The screen will have "2K" resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, and the lights will be kept on by a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging. The device is allegedly going to be launching in the first quarter of next year, so before the end of March. There are also smartwatches and laptops planned to use the Philips brand, and all of these will arrive in 2026."
