During Milan Design Week, designer Michael Anastassiades introduced a new modular lighting collection at the Jacqueline Vodoz and Bruno Danese Foundation. Anastassiades emphasized respectful integration with the historic architecture, utilizing lightweight materials and minimal interventions. His designs, reflecting modernist histories and material experimentation, invite interactive engagement while acknowledging the narrative essence of both the artifacts and the setting.
I wanted to be non-invasive. I wanted to gently occupy the space, respect it, and let it speak for itself.
