Ozzy Osbourne has recently engaged in several projects, including a collaboration with Liquid Death and a retirement concert with Black Sabbath. His latest endeavor involves creating art alongside rescued chimpanzees to support Save the Chimps. Osbourne painted colorful base layers on canvases before allowing the chimps to add their touches using non-toxic materials. The artworks are named after songs from Osbourne's discography, and the auction proceeds will benefit the chimps. The auction runs until July 17, with bids starting around £1,000.
I paint because it gives me peace of mind, but I don't sell my paintings. I've made an exception with these collaborations as it raises money for Save the Chimps.
Chimps are our closest relatives in the animal kingdom, and I'm really proud of Ozzy for helping look after them.
