TonerBox functions as both a piece of furniture and a complete home gym by converting from a compact oak plywood box into a tri-fold aluminum-frame bench with non-slip feet. The bench stands 35 cm high, suitable for weight lifting and cardio exercises, and is sturdy enough to sit on after workouts. The kit contains rubber-coated weight plates, Olympic dumbbell bars with knurled handles and spinning sleeves, four quick-release collars, three resistance bands (5, 10, 15 kg), and a mat. Weights store on an integrated rack, and all items fit into or attach to the main unit for organized, compact storage. The total system weight is 60 kilos.
