The Los Angeles Dodgers signed right-handed pitcher Matt Sauer, a former Yankees prospect, to a minor league deal with a spring training camp invitation.
Sauer, 25, became a Rule 5 selection by the Royals last year after being the second-round pick by the Yankees during the 2017 draft.
