Player Grades: Lakers vs. Nets
Briefly

The Lakers faced a disappointing defeat against the Nets, with several key players absent. Despite having excuses due to their short roster, the team failed to perform, particularly in terms of offensive cohesion. Gabe Vincent stood out with his scoring performance, providing some hope, whereas Alex Len struggled offensively, raising concerns about team trust and performance. Luka Dončić showed moments of brilliance but lacked consistency and accountability, underscoring the overall disjointed team effort in the game.
With so many players out, the Lakers needed players like Vincent to step up, and he did just that. Unfortunately, it didn't result in a win.
Len starting as a Lakers will one day be a sports trivia question. In his 13 minutes, he was actually sort of kind of okay.
