The property features a saline swimming pool. Garland, who had a 50-year acting career beginning in 1950 with the film noir "D.O.A.," lived in the home until her death in 2008 at age 82. She was known for television roles including playing Fred MacMurray's second wife on "My Three Sons." The sale closed in escrow after just 11 days on market.
