The 1964-built, two-story residence spans 2,100 square feet and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a remodeled kitchen with marble countertops, a fireplace, and panoramic ocean views. The property includes a wrap-around balcony and walls of windows overlooking the coastline. Community amenities encompass a private half-mile beach, swimming pool, six tennis courts, three volleyball courts, and a park. Niccol listed the home in March for $2.495 million after purchasing it in 2013 for $2.575 million. He maintains another residence in Newport Beach. Jim Kline of Surterre Properties served as listing agent, while Alison Eatman of Villa Real Estate represented the buyer.
